THORNES HOUSE SCHOOL 1983 LEAVERS REUNION : The reunion took place at Wrenthorpe WMC week before last and nearly 80 ex Thornes House School pupils attended who all left the school back in 1983.

VANDALISM AND FLY TIPPING : I had a phone call from a local resident about these issues near the garages at the end of Maybush Road. Can all local people near there please keep an eye out and report anything untoward to the police or council please.

KITE FESTIVAL : Details of this festival will be in the coming few weeks as the festival normally takes place in September sometimes at Heath Common and this year I would like to ask as many people from this area as possible to make a kite at home and bring it to the festival. I would like local residents to take part this year with their very own DIY kites.
