HEMINGWAY ALICE Nee YATES (Of Priestley Care Home, Birstall and formerly of Hightown) On November 14th in hospital, Alice aged 102 years, wife of the late Wallace, dearly loved Mum of John & Madeleine and Keith & Kay and Grandma of Fiona, Cheryl, Andrew and Jackie and Great Grandma of Joel, Chloe, Harvey and Luca. The funeral service and interment will take place on Tuesday November 27th at St Peter’s Church, Hartshead at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, there will be a collection in lieu of flowers for the benefit of St Peter’s Church, Hartshead and St John’s Methodist Church, Birstall of which Alice was a lifelong member.
