Complaint probed

I write in response to your letter last week (Express, August 13) from Paul Dainton regarding the consultation process on the Council's Local Development Framework.

I acknowledge a complaint to the Council from Mr Dainton raising issues as highlighted in his letter published in last week's Wakefield Express.

This complaint is now being investigated by my corporate complaints team at my request and will report back to me in due course.

Mr Dainton will be advised of the outcome.
