Sadness over swans
I read with much sadness the story of the swans killed at Stanley Ferry and Foxholes, Altofts.
I walk the canal most days with the dog and love to see the swans swimming along in their natural beauty and grace bothering no one.
The people responsible for the murder of these innocent birds will have to live with what they have done on their conscience for the rest of their lives. You want to be ashamed of yourselves.
