THE driver of this car survived this horrific-looking road smash.
She had to be cut from the wreckage by firefighters after it overturned on Barnsley Road, Sandal, on Tuesday morning.
There were tailbacks and traffic disruption for about two hours after the incident.
Police said the Renault Clio overturned after it hit a parked Peugeot 406 just after 10am.
She was taken to Pinderfields Hospital.
A police spokesman said her injuries were not life-threatening.
The road was blocked in the direction of Wakefield city centre until just after 12pm.
Three crews from Wakefield Fire Station attended the smash.
