A1 near Pontefract to be closed overnight
Motorists face delays this week due to overnight closures of the A1 near Pontefract.
The northbound carriageway will be closed from the junction with the A639 at Barnsdale Bar to the M62 at Ferrybridge.
The closure will be in place from 8pm to 6am tonight (Monday), Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for resurfacing works to take place.
