CRICKET legend Sir Ian Botham took a stroll around Nostell Priory on Saturday - and was joined by hundreds of other walkers.

The former England cricketer, nicknamed Beefy, stopped off at the historic National Trust site as part of his fundraising efforts for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

He has been walking at various venues across the country as part of his latest campaign - Beefy’s Great British Walks 2012.
