SPECIALIST building contractor NG Developments has reported growth of more than 40 per cent in the last 12 months and won two new contracts.
The Normanton firm, which makes rainscreen cladding and curtain walling, secured a Tesco extension contract in Mansfield and work on a Sainsbury’s in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
The new contracts came after NG Developments completed work on new buildings worth more than £600,000, including a Sainsburys in Nantwich.
Adrian Lee, commercial director at the firm, based on Ripley Drive, said: “We are establishing some really strong working partnerships which have helped us move the business forward over the last twelve months.
“We know that to grow in this sector you must be careful and not grow too quickly, so we have made a conscious decision to grow wisely rather than rapidly. However, we do expect to be recruiting again in the near future.”
