A former ‘gentleman’s residence’ will be sold at auction next month.
Wakefield Council is selling grade-II listed Lupset Hall for a guide price of £100,000. It was built in the 18th century and was last used as the City of Wakefield Golf Course club house.
Tony Webber, director and auctioneer at Eddisons said: “This is a substantial property on a site of around 0.70 acres, with views over the golf course. Following modernisation it could suit either residential or commercial uses, subject to planning.”
