As well as the class B drug, officers seized equipment, including pots and heat lamps, for growing and harvesting the crop.
Sgt Kristy Lindley led the operation.
She said: “I think this shows that when a member of the public comes to us with information, we act on it.
“Also, we could smell it when we were outside the property as it has quite a potent smell.
“Some people think cannabis is a lesser offence, but we do take it seriously and I think this is a good result.”
Sgt Lindley added that more drug warrants could be carried out in the near future.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B drug with intent to supply. They have both been released on police bail while investigations continue.
