People are being invited to discuss their crime concerns at an Altofts Community Together surgery.
Police, members of the neighbourhood watch scheme, Sharon Waugh from the Police and Crime Commissioners office and Coun Pam Jackson will be on hand to answer questions on a one-to-one basis.
The first meeting is being held on Monday, August 18 at St Mary Magdalene Church Hall from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Surgeries will then be held every other month.
Altofts Community Together will also be launching a newsletter.
The first issue will be available soon and will be distributed locally.
It will include news and updates from the Police and Crime Commissioner Mark-Burns Williamson and Coun Pam Jackson.
