A GIANT enchanted forest sprung to life at the Hepworth Wakefield as part of celebrations for the Big Draw.
More than 3,000 people took part in a host of activities at the gallery to celebrate Big Draw month, which takes place every October.
Free family sketchbook making sessions led by artist Victoria Lucas, life drawing classes, print-making and sketching workshops all took place.
Natalie Walton, head of learning at The Hepworth said: “The gallery’s Big Draw programme takes inspiration from our new exhibition by painter Clare Woods.
“It has been a great success with over 3,000 families, children and adults already taking part activities this October.
“From life drawing in the galleries to creating a giant enchanted forest in the Learning Studios, we’ve welcomed visitors of all ages.”
Drop-in free family activities are running today, tomorrow and Sunday between 11am and 4pm, with artists on hand to help you get creative. For more information on the activities visit www.hepworthwakefield.org
