Wakefield May Day Gala will take place at Clarence Park on Monday.
The event, which will be held in the park’s arena, will raise money for Wakefield Hospice.
Highlights include a comedy tightrope act, the Westgate cheerleaders, donkey rides and bouncy castles.
People will also be able to take part in laser quest and paintballing.
Borderdale dog training will be running a dog rally and people can bring along their own pets for a spot of training.
There will be charity stalls.
Event organiser Cherie Proctor said: “This event is a part of Wakefield tradition and supports local charities.
“It promises to be a fun-filled day which offers something for all of the family.”
Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Wakefield Wildcats mascot Daddy Cool will also be making an appearance.
The free event will be also host craft stalls, food and refreshments and music will be provided throughout the day by DJ Jon Marshall.
It will take place at Clarence Park arena on Monday, May 5, from 10am to 5pm. There is free parking.
