Band clicking with web users
A WAKEFIELD band will be starring in their own professional music video after scooping first place in an internet talent search.
Euphoria Audio, who met while they were studying music at Wakefield College, have won a series of accolades through website 1Click2Fame.

After posting videos of them performing acoustically on the site, the band's songs were voted best in two weekly competitions online, scooping a recording session in a professional studio and hundreds of pounds worth of video-editing equipment.
But they didn't stop there, topping off their run of good luck by being voted overall winner last month, taking home the money-can't-buy prize of a professional video shoot with Tristar TV.
Drummer Danny Wood, 22, of Cedar Road, Normanton, said: "We were shocked when we first won the recording session, and then with the other prizes it was amazing. We can't wait to record and then shoot a video to go with it, and then we can launch ourselves onto the world.
"We know that things don't happen overnight in this business, but we are determined to make our mark."
Mr Wood is joined by guitarist Ben Lloyd, of Outwood, bass guitarist Ben Hughes, of Featherstone, and singer Matthew Shirtliff, of Stanley. The band got together five years ago but slowed down when two members went away to university after college.
Back together again, they decided to make a real go of the band in September, and have gone from strength to strength, playing at high-profile venues across the country and supporting American chart-toppers, Iglu and Hartley, on tour.
Mr Wood said: "We usually only play electric so we had to film our videos for the acoustic competition specially.
"When we looked at the other entries it was mainly solo singers, so we were amazed to come out as winners.
"We practise most nights and we're really trying to push for a record deal. It's a long process but having a professional video will make a massive difference.
"I have been looking at some of their stuff and it is brilliant. It would have taken us years to save up the money to afford something like that."
Euphoria Audio's next Wakefield gig is at The Hop on September 18.
