Celebrity TV chefs The Baker Brothers will show how to cook their favourite meals during a food festival.
Tom and Henry, who have their own Channel 4 series, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, will give cookery demonstrations on the first day of Wakefield Festival of Food, Drink and Rhubarb.
They said: “We’re excited to be part of the festival and looking forward to sharing some of our favourite rhubarb recipes.”
The seventh annual Wakefield Council event takes place in the Bullring from Friday, February 22, until Sunday, February 24, and will feature some of the region’s tastiest foods and most talented chefs.
Coun David Dagger, the council’s cabinet member for culture, said: “I’m excited that the Fabulous Baker Brothers will be joining us for the festival and I’m sure they will attract people from across the country.”
Other cookery demonstrations will take place, as well as 40 stalls, walks, tours and street entertainment.
There will also be tours of Ossett Brewery and displays at Wakefield One Museum.
The Baker Brothers will be cooking on Friday, February 22.
