COFFEE MORNING: St Luke's Church will hold a coffee morning in Sharlston Community Centre tomorrow from 10am to 11.30am. Stalls will include raffle, cakes, tombola, new and secondhand goods. Bring your family along and chat with friends. Children welcome. Proceeds in aid of Church funds.
PACT MEETING: The next PACT (Police and Communities Together) meeting will take place on Monday, July 12. PACT meetings are open to all members of the publict
FUNKY JEWELLERY PARTY: Pink Vanilla will hold a funky jewellery party in the Villa Club on Tuesday, July 13 from 8pm. Funky and contemporary fashion jewellery will be on sale. This includes earrings, bag charms, keyrings, necklaces, bracelets, broaches, belts and rings. For more information contact Claire on 07852 246279.
SCHOOL NEWS: The school held its sports day and its annual summer fair on Tuesday, July 6. The school breaks up on Tuesday, July 27 at 1pm. There will be an inset day on Wednesday, September 1 so pupils will return to school on Thursday, September 2. The price of a school meal will increase to 1.60 (8.00 per week) from Thursday, September 2.
