Disruption to Wakefield rail services

TRAIN travellers will face disruption travelling to and from Westgate Railway Station this evening (Thursday).
The railway line near the station will be closed between 10pm and 5.10am to allow engineers to carry out emergency work on a track defect.
Some services will be diverted to Kirkgate Railway Station.
Bus replacement services will be provided and staff will be on hand at both stations to help travellers.
