Hundreds queue up for opening of new shopping centre in Leeds
Patience Ahema does some last minute cleaning up at Trinity Leeds.
Hundreds of shopped braved freezing cold temperatures this morning to queue outside Leeds’ new shopping centre, Trinity Leeds.
Barriers were erected in the city centre to control the crowds that were eagerly awaiting the doors opening.
The £350m centre boasts more than 120 shops, bars and restaurants as well as free wifi internet access for all visitors.
It is expected to create 3,000 jobs and is the only major retail development opening in the UK in 2013.
