Three teenager thugs tried to steal a girl’s phone as she walked home.
The teenage victim was texting on her phone as she walked through a ginnel, between Heseltine Close and Wakefield Road in Normanton.
As she walked past the three men they grabbed her jacket and demanded her phone.
But she put it into her pocket and was pushed to the floor.
All three suspects then ran off towards Wakefield Road.
The first suspect was about 18 years old, 5ft 6ins tall, skinny and had dark short scruffy hair.
He was wearing navy blue tracksuit bottoms with a red motif on the front left pocket, a blue tracksuit top and brown rigger boots.
The second suspect was of a similar age, 5ft 4ins tall, skinny and had short dirty blonde coloured hair.
He was wearing navy blue tracksuit bottoms with white stripes down the side and black Nike Air Max trainers.
The third suspect,w as also of a similar age , 5ft 2ins tall and skinny.
He was wearing a dark coloured round neck jumper, navy tracksuit bottoms and a blue and white chequered baseball cap.
The incident took place at 2.45pm, on Sunday, January 27.
