Accidents are causing chaos in Wakefield.
Police were called to reports of an incident involving four cars and a bike on Horbury Road at it’s junction with Thornbury Road at around 4.13pm.
The male cyclist is being treated by medics but police say he has no obvious injuries.
A woman in her 30s has been knocked down on Doncaster Road near Superbowl. Police received a call at around 4.30pm. Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Traffic is backing up on the main routes out of the city centre.
