Video: Sainsbury’s staff support Comic Relief and we launch special 8-page supplement
Don’t miss our special Comic Relief supplement in tomorrow’s Express.
We have eight pages full of your funny pictures, capturing the events of last Friday’s Red Nose Day.
And to help get you in the mood, we have uploaded a video of staff doing something funny for money during events at the Sainsbury’s Trinity Walk store.
They raised nearly £2,000 through leg waxing, head shaving, selling buns, a chop stick challenge, food hamper, sponsored silence and bucket collections on the checkouts.
Store manager Paul Calvert said: “Comic Relief 2013 has been our best year ever for colleague fundraising.
“I would like to thank all colleagues and customers who have supported us. Together we can make a difference in both the developing world and here in the UK.”
