UFOs over Lofthouse?
On Thursday 22nd January I encountered what I thought was two UFO spaceships around 9.00 pm.
The first one was in the sky next to Lofthouse Golf Club and the other was on Canal Lane Stanley. I happened to see them when I was in the car but I was unfortunate not to be able to get a picture as it quickly disappeared. When driving in the car it seemed to be following us and then it disappeared. Then driving towards Gainsborough Way I saw what seemed to be another spaceship on the right hand side of me, then all of a sudden saw it hover over my house in Stanley. When I saw the spaceships I was in shock but I was also excited so I ran inside and exclaimed the news to my Mum and Nanna. Then laid on the sofa was the Wakefield Express, so my sister had a look inside and to her amazement on page 10 was an article on a UFO sighting.
