Appeal: Serious Road Traffic Collision
Police are appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision at around 6.50 pm (03/09/10) at the junction of the A642 New Road and Hostingley Lane, Middlestown, Wakefield.
A VW Passatt had been travelling towards Huddersfield when it was in collision with a pedal cycle, which had been travelling from Huddersfield.
The male rider of the pedal cycle was taken to Pinderfields Hospital with serious injuries. He is currently in a serious but stable condition.
