Shop and flat plan dropped
PLANS to build an extension to create a shop and flat in a house on Cluntergate, Horbury, have been withdrawn.
A planning application had been submitted to Wakefield Council seeking permission to build a two-storey extension on the house, convert the ground floor into shop space and create a first floor flat.
Objections to the plans were raised by a nearby business which was concerned about the impact of the extension.
