A MAN arrested in connection with a hit and run which killed a little boy has been released on police bail.
The 21-year-old, from Huddersfield, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving on Tuesday.
Today, detectives are continuing their investigation into the tragic death of Owen Wightman.
The six-year-old boy died after he was hit by a car on Fishpond Lane, Chapelthorpe, on Saturday at 12.20pm.
