Plan to build new homes in Wakefield
Plans have been submitted to build 16 new homes on a former social housing site in Wakefield.
Wakefield and District Housing Ltd want to demolish the existing building on Sparable Lane.
They intend to replace it with the new houses, which will be equally divided into two and three-bedroom homes.
