A blend of art and trade led to another successful Wood Street Market event last Sunday.
The second showing of the market boasted a pop-up art workshop, live music and more stalls selling local produce and handmade crafts.
And organisers said they were already looking to the next event, on Sunday, September 15, which will coincide with National Heritage Open Weekend.
Darren Bailey, of Architecture 1B, said: “There were more stalls this time, and we’re really pleased with how it went.
“We’ve had lots of positive feedback from people, who were saying that the market has been badly needed for a long time. The live music was well received, and it has been good to show that the market is not just about selling things but has great community involvement.”
