Temporary lights are still in place on Alverthorpe Road, at the junction with Moorhouse Avenue, for about a week.

Lee Street, in the city centre, is still closed while work takes place at Wakefield Town Hall.

Temporary lights will be in place on Woodthorpe Lane, in Sandal, at the junction with Barnsley Road, until Sunday.

There will be off-peak lane closures on Denby Dale Road, between Thornes Mill and Denby Dale sub-station, for about a week.

Temporary lights will be in place on Harrison Road, in Crofton, from Shay Lane to Crofton Academy, on Monday and Tuesday, for surfacing work.
