Rugby star Danny Cipriani was in hospital last night (Wednesday) after being hit by a bus in Leeds.
The Sale Sharks fly-half suffered concussion and was X-rayed overnight after the collision on Woodhouse Lane.
He was discharged today with bruising.
West Yorkshire Police confirmed they were called to an accident at around 8.40pm last night where a male pedestrian had been “involved in a collision with a bus”.
A police spokesman said the man was taken to hospital for treatment but his injuries were not believed to be serious.
Cipriani, who has seven England caps, signed for second-bottom Sale in February 2012 and has made 16 Premiership appearances for the club.
