A SCHOOL garden has been transformed thanks to a bit of team work.

Green-fingered pupils at Cathedral Academy have braved the recent wet weather to weed, plant and lay out bark in their outdoor area.

And the keen youngsters have been helped by school staff and workers from Sainsbury’s, which is the school’s business partner this year.

Principal Tay Warren said: “We would like to thank all the staff who have volunteered their time to come and help our students to develop and enhance the garden areas.”

The pupils were David Holub, Sebastian Korszarski, Liam Shaw, Aiden Parkinson, Josh Stables and Vithusan Thevarasa.
