THE nervous wait is almost over for young people across the district as exam results days loom.
This year the Express is once again giving you the chance to have your congratulations messages printed in the paper.
You might be a proud parent, wanting to let the whole community know how well your child fared in their exams. Or you might be someone’s best mate or a family member, and fancy giving them a bit of public praise.
A-level results are due out first on Thursday, August 18, followed by GCSEs on Thursday, August 25.
It’s easy to send us your A-level messages of congratulations (max 160 characters). Text WAK, a space and then ALEV, their name, your message and who it’s from, and send to 61500. Example text: WAK [space] ALEV [space] Alex Harvey you were sensational love you loads from Jonny Spence.
Texts cost £1 plus your usual network rate.
A-level congratulation messages must be received by no later than 11am on Wednesday, August 24 for publishing in that week’s newspaper.
