Poorly children will enjoy new toys thanks to pupils from three primary schools.

Pupils from Holy Trinity, Ossett, English Martyrs, Lupset, and St Michael’s Primary School, Flanshaw, donated their toys to the Children’s Ward at Pinderfield Hospital and St Gemma’s Hospice.

The youngsters teamed up with bus operator Arriva and the White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds, to spring clean their toy boxes and make the donation.
