Do you like rhubarb with liqueur, cakes, pork pies, jam, beer - or it just on its own?

Then Wakefield’s Food, Drink and Rhubarb Festival is the place for you this weekend.

The festival, in the cathedral precinct, began this morning (Friday) and runs until 4pm on Sunday.

The annual event has drawn, to name a few, jam makers from Spalding, foodie cake sisters from York, two pop up beer stalls, and a man from Scotland who hand carves objects out of whisky casks.
