FESTIVAL fever is set to arrive at Trinity Walk this weekend to mark the end of the shopping centre’s summer of activities.
The bank holiday extravaganza will include live events and street acts from across the country.
A man creche will be run on Saturday, allowing female shoppers to drop of their partners while they hit the shops.
The Capital Radio stand will include stylists, iPads and games consoles.
And on Sunday and Monday city arts company Faceless and MarkMark productions will entertain in the street.
These will include a fast moving comedy, stunts involving chains and padlocks and an interactive Little Cafe in which a Basil Fawlty-style Maitre D puppet will attempt to serve pizza and wine to customers.
Shoppers will also have the chance to meet Big Rory, the giant Scotsman, accompanied by his mischievous dog Orchie and Maynard Flip Flap’s comic show Daft as Brush.
A life-size family of Gorillas will also be on the loose down Trinity Walk mall.
