A NEW childrenswear brand has launched a retail partnership with award-winning Blacker Hall Farm.

IndiaCoco will have a dedicated branded area in Blacker Hall’s gift shop, selling products for babies and children under the deal.

The firm will showcase organic and ethical brands including Aravore at Blacker Hall, which has won a string of awards for its food and drink.

IndiaCoco founder Claire Harper said: “We are delighted to be launching our first in-store retail outlet at Blacker Hall Farm’s Gift House.

“Blacker Hall Farm represents core values important to us such as exceptional and outstanding customer service and our range will be set in the most beautiful surroundings which complements its luxury gifting feel.”

Blacker Hall, which was opened in 1999 at Calder Grove, Wakefield, by the Garthwaite family, has been voted the UK’s Best Farm Shop by the Meat Trades Journal Topshop Awards, Best Farm Shop in Yorkshire by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, and producer of England’s Best Roast Beef.

Cheryl Garthwaite, Blacker Hall’s marketing director, said: “We are proud to be working with IndiaCoco which is born and bred in Yorkshire like ourselves.

“Claire’s beautiful high quality luxury brands coupled with her vision and marketing background and professionalism makes this an exciting opportunity for us and we welcome her into The Gift House and Blacker Hall Farm.”
