FORMER Wildcats second row Ned Catic is set to put pen-to-paper on a deal with Castleford Tigers in the next few days.
The 29-year-old Australian left Belle Vue at the end of Super League XII after two years in the red, white and blue to play winter rugby in France.

But Catic has agreed a deal to return to Wildcats' Super League rivals Castleford Tigers until the end of the season, and is all set to make his debut against Wakefield in the Millennium Magic clash at Cardiff on Saturday, May 3.

Catic said: "I'm pleased to be joining the Tigers and I'm looking forward to a new challenge. I know that there are only four months of the season left but I am looking forward to making an impact."
