CRAIG Elliott will be hoping to get his first win as Ossett Town boss when Ramsbottom United visit Stade France tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).

Town drew their first match of the new Evo-Stik Division 1 North season 0-0 at Warrington Town on Saturday.

And Elliott and his men will be eager to go one better in their first home league match of the campaign tonight.

United also come into the game with a point from their opening match thanks to a 3-3 thriller against Cammell Laird.

Things can only get better for Ossett Albion at Goole AFC tonight as they looked to bounce back from an 8-0 home loss against Trafford on the opening day.

Albion were simply picked apart by their Lancashire opponents at Dimple Wells and joint managers Lloyd Fellows and Paul Watson will be looking for a big improvement from their men.

Wakefield FC will be out to avoid the same fate suffered by Albion when they travel across the Pennines to Trafford.

The Bears started life at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium with a 2-0 defeat against Skelmersdale United on Sunday.
