Leeds United Reserves beat Terriers to move into pole position
LEEDS United Reserves moved to the top of the totesport.com League East with a superb 3-0 win at previous leaders and local rivals Huddersfield Town.
Tom Elliott gave a strong United side the lead after only seven minutes at the Galpharm Stadium and Andy Robinson doubled the advantage before the break.
Elliott netted from close range in the dying minutes to seal a win that propelled Leeds into pole position in the league with only two games of the season remaining.
United are two points ahead of the Terriers in the table and will end their campaign with home and away clashes against Rotherham United.
