Senior stars to feature in Leeds United Reserves' first game of the season
LEEDS United Reserves kick-off the defence of the totesport.com League East Division title tonight, Wednesday, when they take a strong side to Grimsby Town.
Andy Robinson, Enoch Showunmi, Casper Ankergren, David Prutton, Neil Kilkenny, Lubo Michalik and Alan Sheehan are among the senior stars expected to make an outing at Blundell Park.
Leeds Reserves boss Neil Thompson will be hoping to emulate the start made by United's first team, who have won all six of their opening games in all competitions.
The reserves will play their first home game of the season on Tuesday, September 8 when they entertain Rotherham United at Elland Road.
Tonight's game kicks-off at 7pm.
