Sodje set to snub Leeds United
LEEDS United look like missing out on signing defender Sam Sodje with Bristol City now favourites to add him to their ranks this summer.
The Reading defender proved a popular addition to the United team when he spent the last two months on loan at Elland Road and was man of the match in the League One play-off semi-final with Millwall.
Manager Simon Grayson indicated he would be keeping tabs on his position when back at Reading and he has now been released by the club.
But the 29-year-old would prefer to stay in the Championship and appears to have chosen Bristol City to join on a free transfer.
Sodje is reported to be taking to City after confirming that his three-year stay at Reading has ended.
