Trialist Powell set for Leeds United Reserves debut
FORMER West Ham United, Southampton and Derby County defender Darren Powell will get the chance to impress when Leeds United Reserves travel to Hartlepool United tonight, Wednesday.
The 33-year-old has been training at Elland Road on a trial basis and Leeds United manager Simon Grayson will give Powell a run out with the Whites' second string.
United's reserves are gunning for their sixth consecutive victory in the totesport.com League East - a run in which Leeds have netted 13 goals and conceded only once.
