United star Delph misses out on England selection
AFTER missing out on promotion with Leeds United, there was more disappointment this week for teenage midfield star Fabian Delph.
Delph - linked with a move this summer to a Premier Division club with the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Aston Villa and Aresnal thought to be considering a bid - was hoping to link up with the England under 21 side.
But his name was not included in the 23-man squad announced by manager Stuart Pearce for next month's European Under-21 Championship in Sweden.
The Leeds midfielder had been included in a provisional pool of 40 players.
