AUSTRALIA coach Ricky Stuart reckons England have underachieved at this year's Rugby League World Cup in part because there are too many overseas players in Super League.

Does he have a point? And if he does what needs to be done to improve England's showing on the international circuit?

Or do rugby league fans in England not really care one way or the other about the national/international game, preferring club rugby over the national cause?
