Kear targets signing of NRL player for Wakefield Wildcats

WAKEFIELD Wildcats' head coach John Kear has revealed to the Wakefield Express that he is hoping to sign an overseas player to bolster next season's squad.

The Wildcats' boss is remaining tight-lipped on the player's identity but has admitted that he is "well down the track" with negotiations.

Kear has also reacted to the latest rumours regarding players leaving the Hearwell Stadium.
