Wakefield Wildcats' Ryan Atkins helps England to victory over France

WAKEFIELD Wildcats' Ryan Atkins scored the opening try as England powered to a 66-12 victory in France on Saturday night.

Atkins missed Wildcats' own impressive 37-22 win over Hull in Super League to play a key role in England's dominant performance over Bobbie Goulding's out-pointed France.

England ran in 12 tries in total with Atkins the first to cross the whitewash in a one-sided first half that finished 44-0 to the travelling international contingent.

France made a better fist of things in the second half, but not much.
