WAKEFIELD Trinity Wildcats prop forward Kyle Amor is facing up to eight weeks on the sidelines after sustaining a broken hand in last Friday’s Stobart Super League XVII win at Widnes Vikings.

The 24 year-old, who signed for Wakefield from Leeds Rhinos during pre-season, requires surgery on his hand and Trinity head coach Richard Agar estimates that Amor will be out for between six to eight weeks.

Centre Dean Collis suffered a dead leg during Wakefield’s 32-14 success but he is expected to recover in time for the clash against Hull KR on Sunday.

Read Friday’s Wakefield Express for more news from the Wakefield Wildcats.
