Johnson bags double at Wakefield Wildcats awards night

PROP forward Paul Johnson scooped two awards at the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats end of season awards presentation last night, Tuesday.

The 23 year-old received the Players’ Player and Coaches’ Player of the Year trophies at the presentation, which formed part of a successful Celebrate Wakefield event at the Rapid Solicitors Stadium.

Skipper Glenn Morrison was named as the club’s Man of Steel, Matty Wildie received the Rising Star award and Kyle Amor, on loan from Leeds Rhinos, scooped the Members’ Player of the Year trophy.
