Key duo back for Wildcats’ derby clash with Castleford

WAKEFIELD Trinity Wildcats have received a double boost with two first-team regulars returning for their Super League derby at Castleford Tigers on Friday.

Club captain Glenn Morrison and Aaron Murphy have both been included in John Kear’s 19-man squad for the clash with the Tigers, which will be also have the Adam Watene Trophy at stake.

Morrison missed last week’s defeat at St Helens with a dead leg while Murphy has been sidelined through a quad injury.

Kieran Hyde also makes a return to the first-team squad after impressing for the reserves last time out.

There’s no return yet for Michael Korkidas, who’s out with a knee injury, but the experienced prop is expected to return next week.

Jarrad Hickey is not yet available for selection as he waits on receiving a visa.
