ENGLAND coach Steve McNamara has named his 21-man squad for this Saturday’s Gillette Four Nations final against Australia at Elland Road.

McNamara has kept faith with the same 17 that defeated New Zealand 28-6 at the KC Stadium last week while former Wakefield Trinity Wildcats star Gareth Ellis has joined the squad after shaking off the back injury that kept him out of the Kiwis’ clash.

Another ex-Trinity ace Ben Westwood is also in the squad and Leeds Rhinos players Carl Ablett, Ryan Bailey and Danny McGuire have all been called-up by McNamara.

Eight to 12-year-olds from Stanley Rangers ARLFC will have a day to remember when they lead out the Australia team at Elland Road.

Rangers’ counterparts from Birstall Victoria were elected to lead out the English by a coin-toss supervised by former international referee Ray Tennant at Rangers’ Lee Moor Road base on Tuesday evening.

The England squad is: Sam Tomkins, Ryan Hall, Jack Reed, Kirk Yeaman, Tom Briscoe, Kevin Sinfield, Rangi Chase, Danny McGuire, Gareth Widdop, James Graham, Garreth Carvell, James Roby, Jamie Peacock (c), Adrian Morley, Ryan Bailey, Jon Wilkin, Ben Westwood, Gareth Ellis, Chris Heighington, Jamie Jones-Buchanan, Carl Ablett.
