Wakefield Wildcats’ Motu Tony out for two months

WAKEFIELD Wildcats head coach John Kear has confirmed that newly signed full-back Motu Tony faces two months on the sidelines with a broken hand.

Kear said: “He will be out for eight weeks. He has got a broken hand and his metatarsals have been pinned.”

Kear is awaiting more news from the treatment room regarding Matt Blaymire who has sustained a grade one hamstring tear.

James Davey has also torn a hamstring and faces three to four weeks on the sidelines.
